Send us a short note introducing your client and the opportunity. The introduction is yours to make, and yours alone.

We complete a site analysis

Our pre-construction team reviews the property and your client's vision. There is no cost to your client, and no obligation to proceed.

We build

You stay central to the relationship. We handle design and construction start to finish.

You're paid

Your fee is paid in full at the footing inspection of the signed construction contract, with no involvement required after the introduction.

Most of the people we build for are relocating, buying a second home, or just beginning to picture life in the Lowcountry, on the coast, or in the mountains. Their agent is usually back home, wherever they are today. You do not need to know our markets. Make the introduction, and we guide your client through where and what to build. You stay their agent, and you earn the referral.

Any licensed real estate professional is welcome to join the program.

Do I stay involved in the build?

No. Once you make the introduction, our team manages everything. You are free to focus on your next client.

When do I get paid?

Your fee is paid in full at the footing inspection of the signed construction contract, when the build begins rather than when it ends. Full terms are confirmed when you enroll.

Is there any cost to my client?

No. The site analysis is complimentary, with no obligation to proceed. Your client risks nothing by exploring what is possible.

Does my client know I referred them?

Yes, and it reflects well on you. You are connecting them with a builder who will take care of them.

What if my client is not ready to build yet?

Refer them anyway. We will nurture the relationship on your behalf, and the referral stays credited to you.
